Motivation is a strong factor that works in favor of all employees in any organization and when everyone finds positivity in it, it reflects and resonates through the entire workplace culture. Motivation is something that is like an infectious inspiration and spread of enthusiasm and confidence to achieve goals, and good leaders are those that motivate without being asked for and does it selflessly. The three theories that I find inspiring are Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Skinner's reinforcement theory, and Vroom's expectancy theory.
